1 egg
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup white sugar
3 peeled apples
1/2 cup milk

Brown Sugar Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup becel margarine
2 T. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Pudding:
Break up old hard bread and pour hot water on the bread. Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9x9 pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon and some butter here and there.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Sauce:
Melt becel in a pot on stove until becel is brown. Add sugar, flour, and vanilla in a bowl and mix together. Add the mixture to the pot on the stove. Add 2 cups of boiling water and bring to a boil until it thickens.
