8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Merkt's (or any brand available) cheddar cheese spread
4 oz. Crumbled bleu cheese (or to taste)
Dash of Worchestershire sauce
CHopped onion, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and refrigerate for easier handling. Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers.
