8 large Russet Potatoes
8 oz. French Onion Dip
3 oz. Cream Cheese (not fat free)
1 tsp. Dry or Fresh Chives
4 oz. Sour Cream (not fat free)
2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder or Salt

Peel, quarter, and boil potatoes until done. Put hot potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Mix potatoes with mixer. Add French onion dip, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic seasoning or salt. Add chives last. Mix until creamy (like mashed potatoes). Put potato mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 in. pan. Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes; remove cover and bake an additional 20 minutes; the final 5 minutes, cover potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese. Or cover and freeze uncooked potatoes; thaw and bake according to directions. Serve hot.
