1 small potato
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 large jar of cherries
2 packages of bark chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potato with skin. Peel and mash with fork. Add powdered sugar a little at a time to form a soft dough. Drain cherries. Wrap dough around the cherries and dip them in the chocolate. Set aside on wax paper to harden.
