1 lb. prunes 1/2 lb. dried apricots 1/2 lb. raisins 1 cup large tapioca 6 cups water
Soak overnight. In morning, add 2 sticks cinnamon. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Add more water if needed for more juice. Add 1 cup sugar and simmer another 30 minutes, until tapioca is clear. Check it often to make sure it isn't sticking on bottom and scorching.
