Dough:
2 1/2 c flour
1 pkg dry yeast
1 1/2 t salt
1 c warm water
2 T shortening

Topping:
1/2# bacon
1/2 # pork sausage
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 t oregano
1 t basil
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1/2 t rosemary
6 oz shredded mozarella

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 c flour, yeast & salt. Mix well. Add the water & shortening. Mix by hand, gradually stirring in the rest of the flour to make a stiff dough. Let rest 15 min. While dough is resting make topping.

Fry pork sausage & bacon until done. Drain fat. Set aside, mix tomato sauce with spices & herbs. Reserve the cheese for top. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Press the dough on cookie sheet. Make the crust higher around the edges. Spread tomatoe sauce mixture on the dough. Sprinkle on the meat & top with cheese. Banke for 30-35 minutes.
