2 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cup flour
5 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together whole eggs and egg yolks until light. Add 5 tbsp. cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Add sugar and mix well. Add flour and sugar.

May be chilled. Roll out batter, cut into diamond shapes. Deep fry at 375.
