Ingredients:
4 cups grated potatoes
2 cups pork blood
1 cup water
1 tbsp. cloves or allspice
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 cups flour (part graham may be used)
3 cups diced pork

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes and add rest of ingredients. Just enough flour to make a dough not quite as stiff as dumplings. Add diced pork - part salted pork really adds a better flavor. Mix well. Spoon batter into a cloth sack, tie. Makes about 5 sacks. Place in boiling water and boil about 2 hours. Can be eaten warm or cool it. Slice and fry.
