Cornbread:
1 c. yellow cornmeal, 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 T. oil
Honey Butter:
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Corn Bread:
Mix dry ingredients and mix in with mixer to wet ingredients. Pour batter into oiled bread pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Honey Butter:
Whip together with mixer until light and serve right away. Can store in fridge but may need a whip before serving again.
