Cake Batter:
3 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups warm water
2 sticks butter, melted
2 tsp. white vinegar
6 oz. chocolate chips

Cream cheese batter:
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt. Beat until smooth. Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and soda. Add water, melted butter, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/3 of cake batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Spoon 1/2 of the cream cheese batter on top and sprinkle with 1/2 of the chocolate chips. Pour another 1/3 of the cake batter over chips and spoon the rest of the cream cheese batter on top. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips and top with the remaining cake batter.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. YUM!!!
