1 bag sour kraut
1 packaged sausage ring (any kind)
4 cups water
salt and pepper
knephla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook knephla accordingly. Meanwhile in a roaster pan cut up sausage into pieces (as desired) put in pan with sauerkraut, water, salt pepper, knephla. Can also add potatoes. Put cover on roaster pan and bake at 350º for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours. Add 2 T. (or more) flour for the last 1/2 hour to thicken sauce.
