I bread & butter beef roast
onions (as desired)
salt, pepper (as desired)
Potatoes (as desired)
Carrots (as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in Crock Pot fill with water 1/4 way up crock Pot. Sprinkle with salt & pepper as desired. Cover and cook on high until brown and turn to low for 7-8 hours. Add potatoes and carrots 1-2 hours before eating, depending on how they are cut up.
