8 slices bread buttered and cubed with crusts
2c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb link sausage, browned and cut into thirds
2 1/4c milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2c milk
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed and buttered bread in 8x12 buttered pan. Top with 2c grated cheddar. Put sausage on top of bread. Beat eggs with 2 1/4c milk and dry mustard, poor over bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate over night. In the morning dilute soup with 1/2 milk, pour over casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 300º.

May look wet...it's okay...it really is cooked...yummy.
