2 lbs. Pork Sausage
1 c. Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 c. Mushrooms, Sliced
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 c. Milk
Salt, Pepper
Bread Crumbs, Seasoned style

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage until browned, drain off fat and add Bell Pepper and Mushrooms, stir together. In saucepan, melt Butter and blend in Flour and Salt/Pepper to taste, gradually add Milk and cook over medium heat until thickened. Add sauce to Sausage mixture. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. If desired, top with Bread Crumbs before baking.

This is another recipe I learned from Shirley Moroney; it can be doubled made ahead for a brunch and kept warm in a Crock Pot, it is delicious with biscuits and an Egg Casserole for a holiday brunch after church.
