1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour or buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2-1/2 c. flour
2 c. chopped rhubarb
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given and fold in rhubarb. Pour into a 9x13-inch greased pan. Top with 4 T. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon (before baking). Bake 40-45 minutes at 350º.
