Ingredients:  
1 can pinto beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 large jar dice pimento
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped red onion

Sauce:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
*add hot sauce as you would like

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sauce mixture until sugar is dissolved and let cool. When cooled, add to the bean mixture.

Serve with scoop chips.
