5 tbl. flour
3 medium russet potatoes peeled
1 small onion chopped finely
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Measure the flour into a bowl. Grate the potatoes into the flour. Stir in the remaining ingredients. On the stove, drop the mix by the tablespoon onto a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook on both sides until browned.
