1 package cream cheese 8 oz
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1 (1 oz) package dry ranch salad drsg mix
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
20 large jalapeņo peppers, halved and seeded
1 lb thick sliced bacon, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400* F
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo, ranch mix, and garlic powder in mixing bowl until well mixed. Spoon cheese mixture into halved jalps. Wrap with bacon slice and secure with toothpick.

Place peppers on a broiler pan (best if you can use a rack so bacon grease drains)

Bake in preheated oven until the bacon is no longer pink and cheese is browning a little, about 20-30 minutes.

I use flavored bacon too like peppered or jalapeņo flavored for an extra kick!
