1 (2lb) pkg frozen hashbrown potatos, thawed (can substitute the ones with added onions and peppers for more flavor)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 regular can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups (or more if you like it cheesy!) shredded cheddar cheese
COOKED country pork ground sausage *OPTIONAL!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease 9x13 pan with non stick spray.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Then transfer to greased dish.

Bake uncovered for 35 minutes ur when bubbly and golden!

I added the sausage once and it made for a complete breakfast meal. Not just for breakfast!
