2 cans Mexican whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg cream cheese (8oz)
1/4 cup butter
2 small cans green chiles
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded mis colby/monterrey jack cheese (optional)
1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan combine all the indredients except the last two. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring constantly so cream cheese doesnt burn. Remove form heat and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and onions and bake uncovered on 400* until cheese melts. Hope you like it! Serve as a side dish or as an appetizer with corn chips
