3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 t. almond extract
1 1/2 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Whisk oil, milk, eggs and extract in another bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix with a spoon just until moistened ( it will be lumpy, DO NOT OVERMIX). Stir in poppy seeds gently. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
