Freshly cooked tortillas.
Cafe Rio chicken or pork
Cafe Rio Rice
Cafe Rio Beans
Cafe Rio Pico
Cafe Rio Tomatillo Ranch Dressing
Lettuce
Cheese
Tortilla chip shreds
guacamole
Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked tortilla on plate. Add beans and rice. Layer chicken or pork. Add lettuce and top with cheese, chips, pico and guacamole. Serve with Cafe Rio dressing.

*This is my most favorite meal. Great to serve a group.
