3/4 lb. fresh ground pork
3/4 lb. fresh ground veal
1 lb. fresh ground ham
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp. brown sugar
vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and shape in a long flat loaf. Mix brown sugar with enough vinegar to make a thin paste; cook till just thickened and spread over loaf. Bake at 300º for 2 hours or longer.
