1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. hamburger
4 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients but the cheese.Using a greased loaf pan, press half of the beef mixture onto the bottom and halfway up the sides of the pan. Lay the cheese slices over the meat. Pat remaining beef mixture over cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
