2 1/2 lbs. chicken (cut up & skinned)
2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms and juice
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 pinch ginger powder
Artificial sweetener to equal 1 tsp sugar
Salt, to taste
2 celery stalks, coarsely cut
1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
1 medium green pepper, sliced
4 oz. can bamboo shoots, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Using a non-stick fry pan, brown chicken on all sides with garlic (approximately 10 mins). Add soy sauce, bouillon, mushrooms and juice, onion flakes, curry powder, ginger powder, sweetener and salt. Cook in covered pan for about 35 minutes or until almost done. Add celery, bean sprouts, green pepper and bamboo shoots; cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes. Vegetables should be crisp. Serve over rice.
