1 T vegetable oil
1 medium or large onion, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup water
48 oz jar Randall's mixed beans
28 oz can diced tomatoes
16 oz can whole kernel corn, with liquid
4 oz can mild chopped green chiles
1 cup mild salsa
1 cup Morningstar Farms "Recipe Crumbles" (1/2 bag)
1/2-3/4 tsp chili powder
8 oz can tomato sauce

In a large pan, saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil for a few minutes. Add water and chili powder. Cook 2 minutes, then add all other ingredients. Simmer for a few hours, then let stand overnight in refrigerator to blend flavors. Serve with a little grated cheese or sour cream on top, if desired.
