8 oz. bulk sausage (such as Jimmy Dean, Owens, etc.) browned and drained
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In the bottom of a greased and floured 9-inch glass pie pan, layer the sausage, Swiss cheese, then the cheddar cheese. In a blender, mix the eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour blender mixture over ingredients in pie pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Allow to set 10 minutes before cutting.

Note: May be frozen and reheated. Crisp, crumbled bacon or shredded ham may be substituted for the sausage.
