Preheat oven to 325
2 sticks of butter (room temp.)
3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
6 lg. eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla

For topping, optional:
sliced strawberries
cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar. Add the sour cream. In a separate bowl sift baking soda and flour together. Add to cream mixture alternating w/ 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla and mix. Pour into a greased ( I use PAM) tube pan. Bake for approximately 1 hr. and 20 minutes.

optional: serve with sliced strawberries and cream.
