1/2 honey
1/4 cup Butter
4 chicken breast boned & skinless
4 cups cooked rice or prepared crouton stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Melt butter with honey. Arrange chicken over stuffing or rice. Spoon honey/butter mix over chicken. Baste every 10 minutes. Cooking time 35-45 minutes. Put on slivered almonds last 10 minutes.
