2 lbs duck breasts
2 eggs - beaten
1 can Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
butter
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pound duck breasts until twice original size. If you don't have a tenderizing hammer, the edge of a plate works well.
Heat skillet to med-high
Use a combo of oil and butter
Dip meat in beaten egg, then lay on a plate covered w/ bread crumbs
Shake more crumbs on upside
Fry hot, flip when juices appear on upside
Remember hot,fast, and not overdone!
