6 hard boiled eggs, peeled & halved
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
dash of course ground pepper
1/4 tsp. mustard
Sweet relish to taste
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the yolks from the whites and mash the yolks well. Mix together all ingredients except Paprika. Arrange halved whites on a dish and spoon a bit of egg mixture in the hollow of the egg. Sprinkle w/ Paprika.
