1 stick of butter, softened
1 jar Old English cheese spread, softened
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
7 oz. can crab meat, check for bones & cartilage
6 English muffins, split

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, cheese spread, mayo, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Add crab meat. Spread on split English muffins. Using a sharp knife, score through crab mixture and half-way through the English muffins to make 8 pieces. Freeze for 10 minutes then finish cutting through the muffins and broil till bubbly and golden brown. Watch them closely! May also be wrapped well, individually, in foil after the first 10 minutes and frozen for future use.
