6-8 chicken breasts
1/2 quart heavy whipping cream
1-5 oz. package Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
1 package angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta as usual. Flour each side of chicken breasts. Pour small amount of olive oil in large skillet. At medium heat, place each floured chicken breast in the olive oil and fry until coated on each side. Place the chicken breasts in 9X13 inch baking dish. After all of the chicken is in the dish, pour the whipping cream on top. Then pour the Parmesan cheese over it all. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 375º for 30 minutes. Place the chicken and sauce on top of pasta. Enjoy!
