1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 large jar pimentos
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 t. garlic salt
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheeses with mayonnaise. Add garlic salt and pimentos. Salt and pepper to taste. For a little zip, red pepper may be added a pinch at a time to taste.
