2 c. plain flour, sifted 2 t. baking powder 6 T. sugar 1 c. milk 4 T. butter, melted 1 t. vanilla
Combine dry ingredients. Mix liquids and add dry ingredients. Stir, but do not beat. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400º for 25 minutes. 1 cup of fresh blueberries may be folded into batter before baking.
