Ingredients:  
1 can/ 1pkg crab, diced
1 cup mayo
1 tbs dry mustard
1 small finely diced onion
1 small finely diced bell pepper ( i use a red one)
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbs bay seasoning
garlic salt, salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs (or whatever is needed to hold together cakes)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, shape into patties and fry til golden brown. Serve with a mustard sauce or your desired condiment.
