1- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1/2 bell pepper- diced
1/2 onion- diced
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1-2 splashes Worchestershire Sauce
Crackers or Oats to stick
2 eggs beaten
2 cans tomato sauce
4 tbs brown sugar

Reserving 1 can tomato sauce and brown sugar; Combine all ingredients and shape into baking dish.
Combine reserved tomato sauce and brown sugar together and drizzle over top. Bake @ 350 til done
