2 c. luke warm water
2 pkg. quick rise yeast ( Red Star)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal (if you like)

Directions:
Directions:
All together add water, yeast, salt, sugar, & oil. Then add flour & oatmeal (if you like) if not add another c. of flour. Then put oil on top of dough & turn over in bowl. Let rise in bowl covered with dish towel about 3 hrs. or more. Grease pan with crisco NOT oil. Bake 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
