6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers 2 c. thinly sliced onions
1-1/2 c. sugar 1-1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. mustard seed 1/2 t. celery seed 1/2 t. ground tumeric
Layer sliced cucumbers and onions into glass jars. Mix other ingredients and heat to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Pour into jars to cover cucumber and onions and seal. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Will keep up to one month in refrigerator.
