500 g whole unblanched almonds
500 g white chocolate
500 g white marshmallows
1/2 tsp vanilla powder (Bird's Custard Powder)
2 sheets of rice paper
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Roast the almonds for 10 minutes at 300. Melt the chocolate with 1 - 2 tbsp butter. When half melted add marshmallows. Add Bird's Custard Powder. When half melted again, add almonds and continue to stir until fully melted. Place rice paper on large cookie sheet which has been sprayed with oil. Pour mixture on top, smooth out as much as possible. Place the other rice paper on top. Spray bottom of a second cookie sheet, place on top of the rice paper. Add weights. Refrigerate for 3 hours or so. Cut. This freezes well.
