1 lobster tail
1 large tomato
1 large onion
1 lemon
1 juice orange
salt
green pepper
optional- hot sauce
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil lobster tail until white. Rinse tail thoroughly. Let cool. Take off outer shell. Dice lobster tail, tomato, and onion in 3 separate piles. Lightly salt tomato and onion and let stand for a few minutes. Slice a small sliver of green pepper, diced very small.
Combine lobster, tomato, onion, green pepper in a bowl and stir by hand. When mixed well divide in 2 serving dishes. Squeeze 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange over each individual salad just before serving.
Optional: add your favorite hot sauce to taste or a dash of black pepper.
