6 chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
1 20 oz can sliced pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 T corn starch
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 large green pepper, cut crosswise in 1/4 inch circles

Directions:
Directions:
To make sauce, drain pineapple, pouring syrup in 2 cup measure. Add water to make 1 1/4 cup sauce. In medium saucepan combine sugar, corn starch, pineapple syrup, cider vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bouillon cube. Bring to boil; boil 2 minutes. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Add pineapple slices and green pepper and bake an additional 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
