Honey Mustard Lime and Cilantro Pasta Salad Recipe

½ Cup Honey ½ Cup Mustard 1/4 Cup Olive Oil Juice of 3 limes 1 bunch Cilantro 1 lb bow tie pasta 2 ears of corn Cherry or Grape tomotoes 1/2 red onion 2 mangos salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup pine nuts
cook pasta, drain and cool
combine in blender: ½ Cup Honey ½ Cup Mustard 1/4 Cup Olive Oil Juice of 3 limes 1 bunch Cilantro
Grill Corn or roast in pan and remove from cob Dice red onion Peel and chop mangos
Combine all ingredients, toss with cilantro lime dressing and top with pine nuts
