2 8 oz rounds brie
3/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
3 T brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
crackers, pear and apple slices

Directions:
Directions:
Trim top from brie. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Combine cranberries, pecans, brown sugar and honey. Pat on top of brie. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until cheese is softened. Serve with crackers, pear and apple slices.
