2 T Crisco, use more if needed
2 heaping cups pork (from roast, steak or loin), cut in 1-2 inch squares
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 cups diced celery
1 small onion, sliced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 large can La Choy chop suey vegetables, with juice
1 can La Choy bean sprouts, partially drained
1 T corn starch
1 T soy sauce
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Crisco in frying pan, cook pork with salt and pepper until tender. Add celery to meat and cook until celery is tender but still firm. Add onion and cook a few minutes longer. Add mushrooms, chop suey vegetables, bean sprouts, corn starch and soy sauce. Mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.

Add more liquid if too thick, more corn starch if too runny. This chop suey rocks!
