1 cup light brown sugar
grated rind and juice of 1 navel orange
2 T. butter
6 medium sweet potatoes, parboiled, peeled, and halved lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine sugar, grated rind, orange juice and butter. Heat, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until blended and smooth. Add potatoes and simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes. Baste and turn potatoes occasionally to glaze evenly.
