1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cookie ingredients and and drop by teaspoonfuls on a lightly greased cookie sheet...I use my hands and roll into balls. Press with a fork dipped in sugar and bake 10 minutes.Very easy
