Ingredients:  
(3) boxes of frozen Spinach,
(1) 8 oz. bar of cream cheese,
(1) stick butter, divided,
1 tsp. spoon sage,
(1) cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain very well.
Mix cream cheese, 1/4 of butter and spinach, until it's completely blended.
Place in casserole dish.

In saucepan melt 1/4 of butter, add sage and bread crumbs, mix well.

Spread bread crumbs on casserole.
Bake 45 minutes @ 350º.

I use low fat cream cheese and a 1/4 stick of butter for the entire recipe. Nobody has ever called me out on it.
