1 can (15 oz.) Chili with beans
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute White Rice, uncooked
6 flour tortillas (6" )
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Chopped tomato (optional)
Sliced green onions (optional)
Sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chili and water to a boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min.
Spoon 1/3 c. chili mixture onto each tortilla. Top with cheese, tomato, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream. Fold up sides to enclose filling. Secure with toothpicks if desired.
