2 pkgs tenderized steak
3 pkgs pioneer peppered gravy mix
1 extra lg onion

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly bread your steak, fry just until golden on both sides, almost done, but not all the way, then put into 9 x 13 inch baking dish, set aside. Slice onion and sautee in about 3 tbs butter, set aside. Prepare gravy mix as directed on package, add butter and onion mixture, then pour entire contents onto steak, put foil over the top. Bake at 350 for about an hour until tender.
